TRIBIT has officially expanded its audio lineup with the launch of the QuietPlus 81 Over-Ear Headphones, a feature-packed wireless headset aimed squarely at users who want strong noise cancellation, long battery life, and smart everyday features – without paying premium-brand prices.

Available now via TRIBIT directly and Amazon, the QuietPlus 81 launch with an RRP of £49.99, though early buyers can currently grab them for £34.99 on Amazon, making them one of the more aggressive budget ANC options on the market.

Hybrid ANC Promises Focus Wherever You Are

At the heart of the QuietPlus 81 is a Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation system, combining five built-in microphones with AI-powered noise reduction.

According to TRIBIT, this setup can reduce background noise by up to 45 dB, helping block out distractions whether you’re commuting, working from home, or gaming in a busy household.

For situations where awareness matters, a built-in Transparency Mode lets ambient sound back in at the press of a button, avoiding the need to constantly remove the headphones.

Big Drivers And App-Based Sound Control

Sound duties on these headphones are handled by 40 mm dynamic drivers, delivering punchy bass and clear highs across music, video, and games. The QuietPlus 81 pair with the TRIBIT mobile app, which unlocks six EQ presets, including a Game mode designed to reduce latency and keep audio better synced during gameplay.

That app support also enables additional smart features, including Hearing Protection mode, limiting output to under 85 dB for safer long-term listening.

Standout Battery Life With Fast Charging

Battery performance is where the QuietPlus 81 really separate themselves from much of the competition. TRIBIT claims up to 110 hours of playback with ANC off, and a rather cool 70 hours with ANC enabled.

Fast charging adds further convenience, delivering up to five hours of listening from just ten minutes of charge at 50% volume – ideal for last-minute top-ups before heading out.

Bluetooth 6.0 And Multipoint Support

Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 6.0, offering stable wireless performance over distances of up to 50 metres in open environments. Multipoint pairing is supported too, allowing the headphones to stay connected to two devices at once – perfect for juggling a phone and PC or console setup.

Call quality is boosted by the five-microphone array, helping voices cut through background noise during meetings or voice chats.

Weighing just 283 g, the QuietPlus 81 feature a foldable over-ear design built for comfort and portability. Physical controls on the earcups manage volume, playback, and ANC modes without relying on touch gestures, keeping things simple for everyday use.

TRIBIT Continues To Push Affordable Audio

With the QuietPlus 81, TRIBIT continues its push to deliver high-spec audio hardware at accessible prices, combining modern wireless standards, long battery life, and smart software features in a package aimed at commuters, remote workers, and gamers alike.

The TRIBIT QuietPlus 81 Over-Ear Headphones are available now from TRIBIT and Amazon.

Our sister site, TheXboxHub, have reviewed a few TRIBIT speakers over the last few years. We’d be interested to see how these headphones stack up alongside those.
